
America Travel Policies
As with all corporations and service providers, we are required to list for you our policies regarding reservations, payments, cancelations, and tour operations. Please read these policies if you are planning to make a reservation with us and be sure to consult our sales representatives for the latest and most current policies and restrictions which may apply to your tour. If you need any information that you do not see here or in the web page for your specific tour, please consult one of our representatives for more information before making your reservation.
America Travel can only confirm your reservation upon receipt of payment-in-full. Time limits and reservation deadlines apply; please consult the individual tour pages, our customer service representatives, or your travel agent for reservation and payment deadlines. Travel dates are subject to availbility. New travel dates open upon receipt of payment by the pre-determined minimum number of passengers desiring to travel (consult our tour pages or a representative for these minimums). Passengers who are not present for the tour are considered no-shows and are not eligible for a refund as defined in our cancelation and refund policies which have been established as follows: cancelations processed more than or equal to 48 hours before departure receive a full refund, less than 48 hours to 24 hours before the time of departure recieve a 50% refund, and cancelations or no-shows processed less than 24 hours prior to departure are not eligible for a refund. Some tours are subject to minumums. If a minimum is not met by our deadline to finalize the numbers for the tour, passengers with paid reservations will be notified and given the option to re-schedule or receive a refund. Payments for tours may be processed in U.S. Dollars or Colones Costarricense at the posted exchange rates at the time of the transaction. These policies and restrictions are subject to change without prior notice. New or additional policies or restrictions which have not yet been listed here may apply to your tour due to updating delays associated with operating this website. Please consult a representative about the current policies and restrictions when making your reservation.
